DWG editor questions

Does DWG Edit come with every addition of SolidWorks? I can't seem to find it on my computer. Is there a .pdf help guide for the DWG editor? I haven't used Autocad in 15 years and now I have a project I've been handed (plant layout) where I need to use it. Is DWG Edit an Autocad type clone? What is the best way to learn DWG Edit?

They changed the program but it is still free you just have to download it.

Draftsight is not DWGeditor, but it appears to be more user friendly.

DWGeditor has been renamed to 2D Editor, and is available from the SW Customer Portal. It no longer packaged with the SW DVD.

CBL is correct. Logon to the customer portal and download it as a separate file. I believe the install file is called 2deditor.exe
