Hi, we are using Solidworks to create dxf's that our suppliers use for CNC procedures. Problem we've been having with 2007 is some of our suppliers are claiming when they open our files 80% of the lines are doubled up (2 on top of each other) & some radius fillets are missing. Has anyone experienced similar? We are trying to figure out if the problem is at our end or theirs.
Thanks.

I had the same type of problem here. What I did was change the setting to write out the DXF as Release 12 and everything worked.

Make sure that the drawing view used for the DXF is set to "Hiden Lines Removed" or it will show the other side and result in doubling up of most lines, but you probably will not notice it until your supplier tries to use it. Chamfers and centre marks can be annoying for them too!
