dxf to iges translotor

I need create a sketch from a dxf file in 2000i2. Is there a free conversion package available to convert to iges which I can then import as a sketch? Or is there a better way?

Not sure about 2000i2 the oldest we have is 2001 but in that you can import the DXF into a Pro/E drawing file then export that drawing file as an IGS. We do this fairly often and it works great.
