Dynamic Blocks

I am trying to create dynamic blocks which have, relite properties and also chain actions, which can be preset with list commands,I am the autoCAD tutorial very difficult to understand. If anyone could suggest a website where I could find a thorough easy to understand approach to this subject would be appricated.
