Dynamic Braking

I am seeking a link to a site that has a good definition
and simple explanation of dynamic braking of PM motor.

I am writing an article aimed at young people and would
like to add a link to the site so that I do not have
to add more material to this article, which is already
too long.

Any help would be appreciated.
