dynamic load

Hi,
I am new in Abaqus. I want to make a model of fatigue resistance. I know that it is not sa easy to creat in abaqus. That´s way i want to use a half numerical method.
My question is: how can i give a dynamic load, which looks like the normal sinus function.

In CAE (GUI) ( the nice screen where you can build your new parts and so)

1) Create a implicit dynamic step in Steps
2) define a load in loads for that step as you desire
once that you have indicated the point where it will act, in the "Edit Load" window that appears choose Amplitude. you can create it just clicking in the curve icon that appears next to amplitude.
