Where can one find data on dynamic loads in mass
flow grain silos?

2. Design of Welded Structures, by Blodgett; Section 6.5, "Tanks, Bins and Hoppers". (Steel bins)

3. "The Theory and Practical Design of Bunkers", paper by F.W.Lambert. (Steel bins)

4. Design and Construction of Silos and Bunkers, Sargis S. Safarian, Ernest C. Harris

The fourth one is my favorite. However, it is out of print.
