Dynamic modulus and resilient modulus of bituminous conglomerate

Does exist any formula to determine resilient modulus of bituminous conglomerate from its dynamic modulus?
I need it because resilient modulus is necessary to estimate the layer coefficient in the AASHTO method and dynamic modulus (from Asphalt Institute formula) is necessary in analytical method.
I'm comparing the two methods.
