Can anyone please explain what the lowest line on this label means, i.e. the 4500 value
Thanks

PS Does anyone know where I might get a pdf for this model?

I figured it out. It is an equation, i.e. BHP = (W X N) ÷ 4500

The 4500 value is a constant which varies from one dyno model to another.

W is load on the torque arm, and N is the turns per minute.
