Is there a difference between E 6150 and aircraft grade 6150?

E6150 according to SAE AMS6448 is a proper specification. Any combination of letter and numbers preceded by the phrase "aircraft quality" is not. If you do not care about specific details, then yes, aircraft quality 6150 is meant to indicate the grade E6150 according to SAE AMS6448.
