Hi,
We have an increase of water temperature in the first off-gas duct after combustion chamber. Does anybody can say regarding the issue? What is the minimum pressure of the cooling system of DC-furnaces? Can anybody advise me a company to buy off-gas analyzer on the furnace?

EFSOP system is a common off-gas analysis tool. Another is LINDARC that uses a laser to analyze the gas (only measures CO and O2).

Have you considered use of Orsat apparatus. It is most commonly used for flue gas analysis.
