hy, i'm new in Electric Arc Furnace.
i just get in to this smelting thing.Want to ask about how the arc can happen inside the furnace.If really the electrode on furnace works like welding machine? so,the electrode must be the positive pole.my question is where they put the negative pole? how the arc can happen inside the furnace? thank you if anyone out there can answer my queistion.
