Earthing Method

I would be grateful if you could help me to find any Technical Papers about the selection of an earthing method for a medium voltage system (6 kV).It is an industrial application and I want to select between an unearthed system and a high impedance system.

Why not trying the IEEE Green Book?

I will go for high-resistance earthing - unearthed just as a last resort.
