Easment / ROW for UG 230 kV Double circuit

Does anyone know the minimum width of a ROW/easement for a 230 kV underground line double or single duct bank in an urban area?

We see during construction 20 ft to 50 ft. We are searching also the ROW width for O&M after construction. Any ideas?

Do you ever expect to have to work on it, or replace it? If so, then the same ROW width is a good idea.
