easy to use sketching tool for tablets

I'm looking for recommendations for an application that would make drawing section/detail sketches to scale on a tablet like device. Ideally it would be easy to use and learn and be able to bring in steel sections, rebar templates, etc. Does Sketchup offer a structural detail templates/library? FWIW, Autocad is not for me.

Sketchup does not natively include structural details. But it's relatively quick to start building structural details and build a library. Can use sketchup alone for image-based output, or their "layout" software for conversion to 2D drawing sets and linework. On a production scale, using layout "scrap books" makes that library really easy to maintain -- I know several architectural packages are out there for sale.

My experience is using Sketchup desktop, but they've been showing off the capability of Sketchup for iPad over the last several months.
