EBF Shear Link Beams

Hi. I am currently modeling an existing EBF frame in SAP2000 so that I can do a pushover analysis. I am trying to model the shear link beam in the EBF frame, and was wondering how I would model that element in SAP2000.

Also, what do engineers think about the using SAP2000 versus Perform 3D to do static nonlinear analysis. Do you have any thoughts on the differences or advantages of each program?
