EC120B Certification Basis, JAR-27 Issue 1, dated 6 September 1993 document

Hi,

Currently I am working on simple modification on helicopter EC120B and having difficulty on finding document JAR 27, Issue 1, dated 6 September 1993, (initial issue or maybe amendment 1) to use for compliance purpose.

I have searched through the internet but to no avail. Anyone out there who had digital copy, do you mind sharing the document?

I'm told you can buy 27-1 from EASA (about $100) or you can use FAR27-28 (in effect as of 6/9/93).
Shame EASA doesn't have "historical" JARs like FAA does ... it could be that EASA doesn't link back directly to JAA ?
