Need to separate polyelectrolyte from water in a pilot plant in continuous (or semi-continuous) mode.

Lab tests indicate separation at ~5500G is sufficient.

Inlet flow rate capacity of the unit can be anywhere from 0.5-5L/min.

Solids content in the inlet solution is ~0.5%

"Solid" phase will be a bit viscous / gell-like after centrifugation.

Space constrained (due to doors),
Electricity (110 or 208VAC 1PH)

Budget is extremely limited.

I have checked the used market, but have found nothing quite right so-far.

Any suggestions.

I use the Carr Pilot Powerfuge 9000. Small (the size of a 1/4 Keg) continuous flow, and 20,000 G's. I dont think it comes cheap, but you could check to see if they have any models with a little less motor.
