Look at the attached picture. What is the reason for changing scale of the boundary spline curve? I just want to move boundary point, and after selecting any point of the curve gives me this result.

I was not able to reproduce what is seen in your image. Therefore I recommend that you contact GTAC and have them look at your problem. Of course, one thing that I would do and that is upgrade to NX 7.5 and see if that resolves your issues.
