Edit mass scaling

Hallo friends

could someone help me out on this matter,
in my STEP; dynamic explicit with ABAQUS/CAE, i have problem filling out the following underneath menus:
TYPE;
Feed rate :
Extruded element lenght:
Nodes in cross-section :

FREQUENCY;
SCALE every:
At :

what is the meaning of Extruded element lenght and Nodes in cross-section .

'Extruded Element Length' and 'Cross Section Nodes' are used for variable mass scaling, type=rolling.

See the ABAQUS users manual section 11.7.1 'Mass Scaling'.
