Edit Tools in Tool Library?

Every time I create A new turning program I'm always creating new everything; New tools, New op, etc. It wasn't a problem until now where I'm a lot busier and time in an issue. I'm trying to take short cuts now by creating tools and saving them in the tool but I now have to edit some and I don't know how can anybody guide me? Also any other good short cuts in creating repeating operations I'll take that too!
