Effect of Air conditioning load on the network

Hi im doing a research project for my company, a new graduate.
I have to see how the air con load can effect the 400V LV side, of a 11kv/400V system.
The place that im stuck at is calculating the ADMD ( after diversity maximum demand) for a particular feeder that supplies about 1205 houses. How do I calculate the diversity factor for 1205 houses? if i know that the maximum demand.
