what angle?
crippling of what material? what cross-sectional shape?
please be much more specific.

W. F. McCombs addresses flange angles in his Supplement to Bruhn. I'm not sure how to acquire this strictly legitimately now that McCombs is deceased. There are a lot of .pdfs of varying quality knocking around if strict legitimacy is not an issue for you. On the other hand, a good library should be able to locate a copy. The section of interest is around about pp. 42/43.

lists it at $40. That's rather steep considering what McCombs himself was charging. It's probably worth googling about for a better deal if you want to buy (it's basically worth it if you've got Bruhn).

look up any text book for airplane strcutures (bruhn, niu, etc); look up "needham" or "Gerrard", these are the two main methods to analyze crippling.
