Hello!
I am trying to run an analysis of a simply supported reinforced concrete beam using displacement control, but the load-displacement curves don't line up the way you would expect based on the data from tests made. I am currently trying to check the effects of different assumed input values to try and deduce where the fault might be. For example, I've checked for the fineness of different meshes and the size of the viscosity factor for those different mesh sizes. The results are inconclusive, but I was wondering if there are any reliable relationships between the fineness/coarseness of a mesh and the size of the viscosity factor or fracture energy parameter. Anyone got any ideas?
Thank you!
