Hello dear Engineers
I have a question regarding effective temperature in underground coal mines, where ventilation engineers need to mentain a certain effective temperature to mentain quality of mine climate.
We use nomograms, that are attached in this thread, to determin ET. For this procedure we mesaure in-situ dry-bulb and wet temperautre at mesuring station and air velocity [sec/min] in this profile.
With this measurement we analitically determin ET. Now, my question, is there a mathematical formula of the curves in this nomogram for different velocities? I haven't been abel to find this kind of formula.
Is there any other mathematical/physical formula to caluclate ET?
I thank you in advnace for any information around the submitted question.
Best wishes to all
