Dear All,
Currently involved in a single phase shell and tube heat exchanger design but extreamly high flow rates. Due to space limitations, the size should be minimum. Only one HX should fulfil the requirements.
Flow rates are about 250 Kg/s.
Kindly give some guidelines. What i have already tried is as following:
increase in tube side passes and shell side as well (F type)
baffles spacing etc.
