Elastic- plastic model of steel in ABAQUS

Hello,

I am working in a model in ABAQUS and I need to model the material in the elastic-plastic way, not just elastic. My units are N mm Tonne. I also have to model some parts in plywood and glassfibre. Anybody knows the properties of this materials and how and where do this in ABAQUS?
