Electric Kiln Design

Anybody that could help me to learn some basic design principles for electric kilns?

I need to determine KW input required for a specific volume in ft3 , I think Im having some difficulty understanding radiation.

I just have a space volume ( 15 x 7 x 3 mts) and a delta T 5 to 40 C how to determine KW input rating?

Any links or documents to read ?
