Electric Meter Theory

I used to work as a three-phase meter testman for a public utility a few years back. When I first started as an apprentice we were shown a video titled, "What makes the disk go 'round?" It is obviously a very old video but I was hoping someone out there would have a copy or would know of a good older video that explains electric meter theory. Thanks.
