Electric motor needs a spin to start

Hello everyone!I'm new to electric motors and I would need help with one. It doesn't start by itself unless I give it a spin. I think that it's an induction motor. Operatin voltage is 230V. Can you guys tell me where to connect the capacitor in order to make it start spining by itself.
Wires:
1. NOT CONNECTED TO ANYTHING
2. GROUND WIRE
3. 230 V AC
4. 230 V AC

As a general rule the first things to check are the start switch, the capacitor, and/or the starting winding.
However a fan motor that small will likely be a shaded pole motor.
That means no start switch, no capacitor, and the starting windings are single turns of heavy conductor.
The bearings probably need lubrication or replacement. The best and cheapest way to deal with bad bearings in shaded pole motors is to buy a new motor.

Capacitor start & run by the look of the markings - 5uF 400V

Here's the datasheet for a European variant of that fan.

The connection diagram on page 8 is applicable if you change the capacitor size from 4uF to 5uF as indicated on the hub of your fan. The capacitor should be a motor-rated type with a working voltage of at least 400V AC.

Good eyes Scotty. I missed that.
Try the capacitor between #1 and #3.
If it runs backwards try the capacitor between #1 and #4.
DON'T use a motor starting capacitor. It must be a motor run capacitor for a continuous connection.

Permanent capacitor of 5 microF should be connected in series with aux. winding ( usually winding with higher resistance).
