Hi There,

I am working on a project that needs high power, fast, light-weight actuator. I used low impact linear solenoid to do the job, but the force that I could get from it compare to its stroke length and weight is not enough. What I need is an actuator with 100 N force and less than 100g weight, also the response time should be less than 50ms. Do you guys have any solution for this problem?

Linear motor? You don’t say the stroke length. Despite the rhetoric, stroke length matters...

OP Mahsa has not been back since July 4th, the day she joined and logged in one time.

I'm thinking that is because on the evening of July 4th a prepaid Purchase Order for $250 was issued to Alibaba for "motor, high power, fast, 100g . 100 N force , 100g . Response time less than 50ms."

I suggested a solution that was dangerous had a stroke length up to one mile or more. grin.
