Electrical Drawing software

Friends,
Can any ony one tell me the best downloadable software for drawing electrical schematics with symbol libraries.

 

I use Autocad R14, there are some addon paks or such for it that change it to electrical system thingy. I have and use one, but it's finnish and I have no idea where I got it. With it I can make all the lamps and plugs and charts and other (sorry I have no idea what they are called in english)

Maybe proper keywords to google might help.
