The utility I work for currently utilizes SKM PowerTools and Milsoft Engineering Analysis (EA) software.

SKM PowerTools is used for short-circuit, load flow, and device coordination.

Milsoft EA provides a GIS based model that can complete short-circuit and load flow based analysis. The device coordination provided by Milsoft is pretty much worthless.

Is there an existing software tool that can import database from GIS and provide short-circuit, load flow, and o/c coordination all together?

I am aware of ETAP, Aspen, CYME, Easy Power, EDSA (still around?), and Synergy (still around?)

CYME specialize in such systems importing from various GIS and performing power system analysis. They have a product called CYME Gateway that can extract not only GIS info but other data from external databases (like AMI, PI historian etc) to build a very detailed simulation model. The CYME Power Engineering Software can then perform all the required analysis including protection coordination. CYME is easy to find on the web.
