Where can I find information about the electrical market regulation and electrical fee in the EEUU. Thank you in advance.

Could you be a bit more specific what you're looking for?

And, by "EEUU", I assume you mean the United States? (USA?)
 
The "EEUU" means United State and by market regulation I mean the laws that rules the distribution and trading of the electrical energy. Including the fees and how are they determine.
 
For wholesale power transmitted across state lines, regulation is by FERC. See
Retail power is regulated by state regulatory bodies (Public Utility Commissions usually) unless the supplier is a municipality in which case, it is regulated by the municipality.
