Hello,
I would like information on the various grades of steel available for use in a generator stator core. Could someone tell me where I could find that information.

There is quite a bit of information on electrical steel in the Standard Handbook for Electrical Engineers (Fink & Beaty). See Section 4 - Properities of Materials.
