Electrical Harness Design - Bend Radius location.... 1

Hi,

Bend Radius has a value of 9mm (please, see the red mark).
What "9mm" means?
I have created a Sketch that shows an approximate radius dimension of 9mm, located where I assume that the Bend Radius of the Harness would be applied.
A I right or wrong?

a bend radius is a minimum value. CATIA will give you an electrical curve with a 'minimum' radius but as you did include some slack (2%), that minimum is not reached...
