Electrical harness flattening

I am trying to flatten harness in flattening workbench after I create new bundle in routing workbench, after I go to flattening workbench and se the parameter and click on extract the harness I would not flatten it stay in same shape it was noting change can any body tell me please what wrong I am doing.
