Electrical Load for Hotels

Does anybody have any rule-of-thumb guides for elecrical loads for hotels. e.g. kW/room ?

Recommended for you

try 2 kw per room, plus 1 kw per seat in any restaurant(s), plus 6 watts per square ft in any office/conference space.

It should be close to about 40%-50% of the main disconnect capacity, as a sanity check.
 
More info is needed.
1. Will it have a commercial kitchen?
2. Underground parking?
3. Etc.
