Electrical Service dedicated to rack refrigeration?

Good Morning,
We're the MEP on a new supermarket buildout in an existing building... the Rack Refrigeration Unit serving the refrigerated cases is 600 Amps (MOCP). Any reason why we can't run directly from the outdoor meter, through the 600A fused service disconnect directly to the Rack in the cellar?
 
There is not enough information for an accurate answer.
Check your local codes.
Some but not all possible issues:
Protection of cables.
Method of connection to the existing 600 Amp service disconnect switch.
If the AHJ doesn't like your plan, the best and cheapest solution is often to accept his ruling.
Yes, AHJs do make mistakes.
Nevertheless, proving the AHJ wrong is never a wise move.
