electrodeposited copper mechanical properties

Is there a generally accepted value for Young modulus, yield stress, resistance of electrodeposited copper of the interconnections? At least an estimate? Or which is the closest kind of "bulk" copper I can refer to? Mechanical handbooks report a large range of values for the different kinds of copper. And what about residual stresses after CMP and subsequent annealing?
