Electroless Nickel Plated Invar

Hi all,
Does anyone have experience electroless nickel plating invar structures? I am curious to know the thickness of the coating you are using, the phosphorus content and if you have observed any complications such as cracking or warping due to the difference in the thermal expansion coefficients between the nickel coating and the invar substrate?

I have never seen it done, but you would have to go back though the stabilization cycles for the Invar if you wanted to minimize expansion.
