Electron Beam Welding vs. Laser Welding

Does anyone know of a site or have info on the main differences between these two types of welding (i.e. cost, material compatability, ease of use, certifications, applications). We are thinking of implementing one of these to reduce outsourcing. The main material we would be using is stainless, I think it is 304L, not positive though. Thanks.
