Electronics thermal management simulation software

Hi, I was wondering if someone could suggest a simulation package that would be the most appropriate for my application. I currently design 2 or 3 rack mount enclosures each year and I am looking for a low budget simulation package for calculating internal temperature, simulating air flow, etc. I model everything in Solidworks Premium 2013 and the VAR quoted $7,500usd for the SW simulation package which contains thermal analysis but not cfd Considering I don't need the other stuff that is included in SW simulation...does anyone here have a suggestion for a simulation package like this that is less than or around say $1000usd? We too went looking and it turns out its far cheaper to physically prototype for the few products we do each year..

Can't you do an "upgrade" to SW simulation.. I wouldn't expect it to be $7k+ for that..

you could do radtherm + hypermesh package, it has fluid nodes and heat transfer simulation, no idea about the cost though, maybe 5k or less for both
