ELEMENT OPERATIONS TOOLBAR

Hi,
I must apologize to advanced users of simple questions.

I am looking for "ELEMENT OPERATIONS TOOLBAR" and from it for "ELEMENT EXTRUSION".

I use NX 7.0 and I don't have all license.
Where can I find it?

The best way to find it would be to go into your "command finder"
Help > Command Finder
and enter "ELEMENT OPERATIONS TOOLBAR"
and then it should give you the ability to turn it on
