Element stress result for each layer - Composite

I have modeled modell a composite plate in Ansys. There are 20 layers of the same material but at various fiber orientations.

Is there a way to list the element stresses for each layer without having to change the layer and then output each one individually. I would like to be able to output all of the stress values for all 20 layers and be able to view it as a text file or space delimited file to import into Excel.

Does anyone have any ideas on how this can be done please?
