We are supplying power plant with NG inlet pressure varying 7-4MPa and then we reducing it to ~3Mpa. Our client rise the question to S drop out and its effect to downstream gear: Gas Turbine and HRSG burners.
Could someone point me to or explain elemental sulphur dropout phenomenon in natural gas?

Elemental sulfur in NG ? If there is no oxidation of the S2- ion how can one get elemental sulphur in the gas stream ? H2S one can understand, but S as is ?
