All,
I could not find a definitive answer to a rather elementary question that got me confused.
How is normal pressure defined for vacuum? Do you input a negative value or is it a positive value applied to the external surface? Internal pressure is positive on the internal surface lines. Accordingly, external surfaces should have negative value? I do understand the the mode of failure would be buckling (and symmetry should be avoided), but I wanted to get this silly doubt cleared off my mind.
Thank you
