Eliminating Energy Wasting Devices 1

Greetings

I'm looking for drawings or description of chilled water systems that uses a minimal of balancing valves and cross-over bridges; as close to an example of an actual installation as I can get.

I have handbooks with schematics and explanations of two-way control valve systems that elimanted all balancing and cross-over bridges (for increased efficiency) but I do not have experince with such systems.
