ellipse partition sketch

It could probably seems stupid, but I try to make an extrude cell partition following an ellipse. I've already done a partition sketch but I don't know how to generate a quarter of ellipse. When I exit the sketch, I get a line instead of an ellipse.

I think you can use a full elipse and position it such that its intersection with the geometry to be partioned to be only 1/4 of the sketched elipse.
