Elliptical handholes & manways for PED vessels

We are in the process of having vessels built to PED by a certified PED fabrication plant in Europe. Our standard design incorporates elliptical handhole or manway assemblies as inspection openings or fill ports. We have not been able to locate a manufacturer who can supply these components for the EU. Is there a company that can supply these assemblies in the USA? What do they typically use in Europe, flanged pipe with blind flange closure? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Helliptical handhole or manhole is a tipical configuration in Europe.
I bought in January a manhole for a PED vessel.
I'll give you the name of the manufacturer in northern Italy. Write me because I don't know if it's possible to give it on this site.

Thanks to tothepoint & olgacas for their help. Lenape Forge doesn't seem to be interested in providing PED parts, but the European company supplied by olgacas was of great help.
